You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to all code generated through Projora's AI features. Projora claims no ownership over your code or project content.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or illegal

7. Your Content

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROJORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Damages arising from AI-generated code or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
